Description for Gite
This spacious gite offers a comfortable living room complete with a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a fridge, freezer, induction plates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes. The living area features a dining table with 5 chairs, a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress, an armchair, and a TV with DVD player. WIFI is also available for your convenience.The gite includes a large bedroom with a 140-size bed and an additional 90-size bed. The beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are provided (please bring your own towels for the pool). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
For your convenience, the gite also offers a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and all necessary cleaning supplies.
Guests have access to a 4000m2 park, a playground, bicycles, and outdoor games. Additionally, there is a communal pool measuring 5x10m2. The pool is heated from June to September and is treated with sea salt to eliminate any chlorine smell. There is also a hot shower and toilet near the pool area.

If you are traveling from the north of France, it is recommended to take the A87 motorway from Angers-Cholet, then continue on the A83 motorway and take the Fontenay le Comte exit at exit 8, heading towards La Rochelle.
For those coming from the south of France, take the A11 and shortly after Niort, take the A83 motorway. Exit at Fontenay le Comte, exit 8, also heading towards La Rochelle.
