Welcome to our Bed and Breakfast. Our rates start from $30 per night for a single person on weekdays only. For two persons, the rate is $46 and an additional person can be accommodated for $13. Please note that there is a tax of $0.75 per person per night.We offer free WIFI for all guests. We have three rooms available:
1. Our host bedroom can accommodate 1 to 3 people. It is located on the same floor as the common sanitary and bathroom facilities for two rooms. The room features a double bed, a single bed, and a cot. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV and WIFI.
2. Our upstairs bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people. It also shares the same floor with the common sanitary and bathroom facilities for two rooms. The room includes a double bed and a single bed. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV and WIFI.
3. Our host bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for 1 to 2 persons. It has an independent entrance and features a double bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. The room comes with a flat-screen TV and WIFI.

"The cottage faluères is located on the left bank, in the southeast of Laval. It is 5 minutes away from the Beausoleil airport and karting track, 5 minutes from downtown Laval, and near the towpath. To find it on GPS, search for "Laval" and "faluere" and select "Large faluere" or "house of faluères" from the list. The GPS coordinates are Latitude: 48°03'53"N and Longitude: 0°44'16"O.
If you are arriving from Paris or Rennes (via motorway A81), take Exit #3 and follow the signs for Laval-Centre. Continue straight at the first traffic light and then turn left at the second light, just before the Morn Bridge. Keep going until you reach the next set of traffic lights, where you will cross the D57 to enter the path of Faluères. Follow the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km and you will find the cottage on your left.
If you are arriving from Paris or Le Mans (via the D57), follow the signs for Laval. At the first set of traffic lights (with Lidl on your right), immediately turn left onto the path of Faluères, going against the direction (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left.
If you are arriving from Rennes, St Nazaire, or Nantes (via the National road), follow the signs for Laval, Tours, and Angers. Then, head towards Le Mans (via the D57). Continue until you reach the intersection with traffic lights, where there is a Bricomarché station on your left. Turn right at the lights, following the prohibited direction (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left.
If you are coming from the town center, drive towards the train station. In front of the station, turn right, leaving the railway line on your left. At the traffic lights, take the direction towards Toutes Directions ZI St Melaine. Continue until you reach the next junction lights, where there is a Bricomarché station on your right and Lidl on your left. Cross the D57 to enter the path of Faluères, going against the direction (except for residents) for about 1 km. The cottage will be on your left."
