"LAbri-Côtier" is a newly constructed establishment meticulously designed by us to ensure our guests experience the utmost comfort and relaxation. Each of our four spacious bedrooms features its own bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower, towel warmer, WC, and hand basin. The house is modern, south facing, and filled with natural light, offering stunning views of the surrounding valley slopes and picturesque Normandy countryside. Situated on a 16500 m2 site, we are currently working on landscaping the area to enhance the overall ambiance.We invite you to explore our Photo Album on the Internet and discover the excellent facilities we have curated for our guests, including a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, sauna, and a guest lounge. In addition to our traditional B&B stays, this year we are excited to offer two promotional options: "Exclusive Hire" and "Gift Vouchers." Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring your stay with us is as enjoyable as possible, providing a friendly and efficient service, comfortable accommodations, excellent leisure facilities, a plentiful breakfast, and a wealth of local information. We even offer the convenience of an occasional chauffeur service, allowing you to dine in Pont LÉvêque without any worries about drinking and driving.
Guests are welcome to utilize our facilities within the customary rules of courtesy and based on availability. These amenities include a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas during the appropriate season. Additionally, we offer a sauna for relaxation (with a small supplement for a 15-minute session), Wi-Fi access, the option to request a TV or DVD in your bedroom (subject to availability), a guest lounge with a magnificent view of the Auge Valley, a bar and fridge for personal drinks, and a growing garden with benches and a gazebo by the pond where guests can rest and take leisurely strolls.
We also provide an assortment of books, magazines, and brochures in both French and English showcasing the region's attractions. Guests can borrow board games and bar games during their stay as well. Our breakfast service can be enjoyed in various locations depending on the time of year and weather, including the south terrace in summer, the winter garden in mid-season, and the dining room by a cozy wood fire in winter. For those who prefer outdoor dining, we offer the option to enjoy a picnic in the garden, on the south terrace, in the gazebo, or in the guest lounge. Directions
Our GPS Address is 49.18.27.N et 0.14.04.E or Chemin d'Enfer, Surville, Calvados. To reach us by road, take the "Pont LÉvêque" exit from the Autoroute A13 if coming from Paris. At the end of the slip road, turn right onto the D675 towards Beuzeville / Pont Audemer. Continue for approximately 1km and then turn off the D675 across from the Auberge Saint Martin, following the signs for the Domaine du Mont St Léger.
If you are coming from Pont LÉvêque, take the D675 following signs towards Rouen. Stay on the D675 for about 1km after leaving Pont LÉvêque. Avoid the motorway entrance on your right! Then, turn off the D675 across from the Auberge Saint Martin and follow the signs for the Domaine du Mont St Léger. Pass under the railway bridge and continue up the hill, passing the white statue of the Virgin Mary on your left. Keep going until you reach the entrance to the Domaine du Mont St. Léger on your left. Continue for approximately 1km after the entrance until the road splits into two, then turn right onto Rue d'Enfer. Proceed along Rue d'Enfer for 1km and you will find our white house on the right, with a flower pot man sitting on the fence.
