I am offering four charmingly renovated bedrooms for rent in a cottage. These rooms are exclusively available for rent from Sunday evening to Friday morning, with a minimum rental period of four nights. Please note that the rooms cannot be rented on weekends or during school holidays, as the entire house is rented out during those times. The rental price decreases based on the number of nights booked.Located in Mégrit, near Dinan, Lamballe, and Saint-Brieuc, this stone farmhouse is conveniently situated close to various amenities. There are shops nearby, including a church square and bakery just 150m away, and a supermarket only 300m away (which is open on Sunday mornings). Supermarkets can also be found 7 km away.
The cottage features two shared bathrooms with walk-in showers, each shared between two rooms, as well as two toilets. The spacious living room-kitchen area is equipped with three flat screen TVs (82 cm), a sofa, and WiFi internet. There is also a beautiful fireplace designed for grilling and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large toaster, Senseo coffee machine, and traditional coffee maker. It is well-stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils.
Outside, there is a 35 m2 deck with an electric awning and garden furniture for up to 10 people during the appropriate season. A barbecue and deck chairs are also available. The property offers four parking spaces.
There are three rooms available for rent at 35 Euros per night, with beds measuring either 180 * 200 or 160 * 200. Additionally, there is a smaller fourth room with two beds measuring 140 * 200, available for 30 Euros per night. The rental price includes bed linen and all charges, and there is no city tax. Each room is equipped with storage for clothes and a wardrobe.
