This stunning and spacious villa, located in the charming hamlet of Guildo, offers a magnificent sea view. With five guest rooms, four of which boast a breathtaking view of the sea, this villa provides ample space for relaxation and comfort.Upstairs, there is a lounge area equipped with a flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. On the ground floor, a games room awaits, complete with a table for pool, garden, and even a foot bike.
Situated near the GR 34 trail, this villa offers convenient access to outdoor activities. Additionally, there are tables and a barbecue available for guests to enjoy outdoor dining. For relaxation, trampolines and deck chairs are provided for both adults and children.
The villa is conveniently located just 3 km away from Saint Jacut of the Sea, which boasts 11 sandy beaches and a sailing school. Only 7 km away is Saint Cast le Guildo, which offers four beautiful sandy beaches, a deep water port, and a stunning 19-hole golf course with panoramic views of the sea.
The surrounding area is rich in attractions and natural beauty. Guests can explore the nearby coastal towns of Lancieux, Saint Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, and St Malo. On the other side, there are the impressive Cape Sable, Dlatte Frehel, Erquy, and many other sites waiting to be discovered.

Directions
Once you reach St. Malo, continue past the dam of Rancid and follow the signs towards Dinard. Eventually, you will come across a right turn that will lead you straight to Pleurtuit. Continue on this road through Ploubalay and Trégon. After Trégon, make a right turn towards Saint Cast Guildo. Drive for about two kilometers and you will spot a small water castle on your left in Créhen. Take this route, which is known as the port road, and you will find us just 50 meters ahead on the left.
