Our charming cottage is perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. With a generous surface area of approximately 50 m2, it consists of 3 spacious rooms on the ground floor and a cozy bedroom upstairs. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with electric heating.Situated independently, just 30m from the main house, our cottage is nestled within a picturesque wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares. You will have your own private garden, complete with a delightful terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation.
Parking will never be an issue, as we provide a well-lit asphalted parking area, along with a garage specifically designated for bicycles or any sailing equipment you may have brought along.
The main room offers a welcoming ambiance, featuring large windows that let in ample natural light. This tastefully decorated living room includes a color TV, comfortable sofa, and chairs, providing the perfect space for pleasant evenings spent together. You will find board games, books, and tourist information readily available to enhance your stay.
The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities including a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and double sink furniture, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.
Sleeping arrangements consist of a lovely ground floor bedroom furnished with a 160 X 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, accessible from the living room, you will find another charming room equipped with two beds measuring 90 X 190, complete with bedside tables and a closet. Should you require them, a high chair and cot can be provided upon request.

Take A16 towards Calais and exit at Release 35: Porch. After the motorway exit, make a right turn. At the fire station, turn right again and continue towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
Access from Lille, Belgium:
Take A25 towards Dunkerque and then A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer. Exit at n° 36: Marquise. Follow the signs for Marquise, descend Ferber Avenue, and turn left after Carrefour Market supermarket. At the fire station, turn right and continue towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
Access from England by Dover-Calais through the Channel Tunnel:
Take A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer and exit at n° 36: Marquise. Follow the signs for Marquise, descend Ferber Avenue, and turn left after Carrefour Market supermarket. At the fire station, turn right and continue towards Wierre-Effroy for 4 km. Upon reaching Wierre-Effroy, cross the village and turn left after the church. After approximately 500 m, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Follow the white and blue lavender path downhill to reach our house.
Access from Reims, Arras, Laon:
Take A16 towards Calais and exit at Boulogne-sur-mer and N42 (4 lane road). Take the exit for Le Wast and after 2 km, turn left towards Wierre-Effroy following the signs for Marquise. Before reaching the village, on the left side, you will see a sign for "The Briamerie" at the foot of a pillar. Descend the path to our house, which is white and blue lavender.
