This charming detached house is located in the picturesque countryside surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees. It is available for weekly rental only, with no option for bed and breakfast. The house offers all the comforts you need, including a private swimming pool (8X4) secured by a standard fence, exclusively reserved for tenants and open from 01/05 to 10/10. Inside, the house is air-conditioned and equipped with free WIFI. The kitchen is fully integrated and there is a lovely Provencal dining room. The leather living room features a flat screen TV, CD radio, and DVD player for your entertainment. The house has three bedrooms, two with 160 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower, double sinks, and closet, as well as a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, there is a large garage with laundry facilities including a washing machine and drying rack. Outside, you can enjoy a large covered terrace with garden furniture. Heating is provided by diesel central heating or reversible air conditioning at an additional cost. Please note that the cottage is located in the countryside and is not fenced. Small pets are allowed upon request. Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request. The pool area features comfortable bath chairs with cushions and umbrellas. The surrounding area offers plenty of attractions, with the village just 1.5 km away accessible by small country paths. In May, you can even taste cherries directly from the orchard. There are many tourist villages within a 10 to 15 km radius, such as Bonnieux, Gordes, Roussillon, and Rustrel with its Provencal colorado. You can also explore the various Provencal markets, including Apt on Saturdays, St Saturnin on Tuesdays, Sault on Wednesdays, and Coustellet on Sundays. Directions
HOW TO REACH THE HOUSE?
To reach the house, follow these directions:
1. Take exit 24 (Châteaurenard, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt) from the motorway A7.
2. Turn right towards the direction of Airport, Avignon, Apt, and Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.
3. At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 towards Caumont, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Apt.
4. Continue on the D900 and at the next roundabout, take the direction of Worthy, Coustellet, Apt, and Gordes.
Once you reach Coustellet, there are two possible routes to the house:
Route 1: Route Apt
5. At Coustellet, continue straight on the D900 towards Apt at the junction.
6. Pass through the Beaumettes Enlightenment.
7. As you approach the entry of Apt, turn left at the roundabout near E-Leclerc shopping center.
8. Take the D943 "Avenue Viaduct" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt, passing through the village.
9. After leaving the village, turn left onto the D2 "Roussillon Route" towards Cavaillon, Gordes, and Roussillon.
10. Continue for 1.2 km, passing a house with large cedars and a chapel at the entrance. Take a left turn and go to your left towards the field of Andéols. After 50 meters, turn immediately right onto a small path to reach the country house.
Route 2: Route Gordes
5. At Coustellet, turn left on the D2 towards Imberts at the crossroads.
6. Continue on the D2 towards Gordes and at the roundabout, continue straight towards Joucas, La Tuilière, and Saint Saturnin les Apt (do not go up into the village of Gordes).
7. Before reaching the "straight line" of Joucas, leave the town on the left and continue straight towards La Tuilière and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
8. Cross the hamlet of La Tuilière and continue on the D2 for 4 km, passing the hamlet of Bellots. After 100 meters, take the second small road on the left to reach the country house.
