Each room at our establishment has its own unique character. The first room, the "Chocolate Room," features a comfortable 140x190 bed and a BZ 140x190 bed, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. It also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities.

The second room, known as the "Butterfly Room," offers a cozy 140x190 bed, accommodating 1 to 2 people. It also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities.

The third room, the "Anise Green Room," exudes a Zen spirit and is perfect for 1 to 2 people. It features an Italian-style shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities.

For breakfast, indulge in our delectable homemade jams, Sourdough bread, homemade yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruits.

When you join us for a meal at our table dhôtes, rest assured that everything is made in-house, including our delicious ice cream. We take pride in sourcing our ingredients from the local region and our organic garden.

During your stay, don't miss the opportunity to meet Lilly and Charly, our two friendly donkeys who particularly enjoy carrots and hard bread! We also have three cats and two dogs named Choco and Licorice.

Explore the beautiful surroundings of our establishment, including access to the greenway just 900m away. This restored old railway track provides a shaded pathway for pedestrians and cyclists. Enjoy leisurely strolls and venture to nearby towns like Condom or Lagraulet. If you're looking to cool off, visit the Gondrin leisure park (5 km), which offers thrilling giant slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. The park also provides a shaded picnic area.

Additionally, nearby attractions include the Cistercian church of Mouchan (1.2 km), the Abbey of Flaran (13 km), the collegiate church of La Romieu (15 km), and the fortified village of Larressingle (5 km). Furthermore, the area offers exciting events such as the Latino tempo in Vic-Fezensac, musical nights, and night markets.

Description for Gite

Welcome to our charming gite, nestled in the heart of nature amidst lush greenery and tranquility. Enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful Gersoise hills from the comfort of your own private terrace. Adjacent to a restored cellar, this 80m2 gite is spread over two levels and offers a peaceful retreat. With a private parking space and free access to our sprawling 25000m2 garden, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Inside, the gite features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining area and a cozy living room. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. The gite boasts two bedrooms - one on the ground floor with a double bed, and another on the upper floor with three single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, two sinks, storage space, and a washing machine. The toilet is separate.

You'll find all the necessary amenities including a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery. We also provide board games for your entertainment.

The rental price for the gite is €425 per week during July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33). From week 34 onwards, the price is reduced to €300 per week. Please note that linen and towels are not provided. Weekend stays are available outside of July and August, and prices can be discussed.

We kindly ask that you leave the gite clean upon departure. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. A security deposit of €250 is also required to cover any potential damages. We accept payment by holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, and checks in Euros.

During your stay, you'll have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, as well as our two dogs and three cats. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside pets.

There are plenty of leisure and activities to enjoy in the area. Just 5km away, you'll find the recreational aquatic park of Gondrin, offering 4500m2 of swimming, water slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. The town of Castéra-Verduzan is home to thermal baths, a casino, a racecourse, and a recreation area with a supervised beach and water slide. Other nearby attractions include the Condom Aqualudique Recreation Center, canoeing in Condom and Beaucaire, medieval camps and festivals in Larressingle, hiking trails, and the Greenway - a restored railway track for pedestrians and cyclists.

For those interested in cultural heritage, there are several noteworthy sites in the area such as Larresingle, the Abbey of Flaran, the Cathedral of Condom, the Bastide de Fourcès, the Collegiate Church of the Romieu, the Cistercian church of Mouchan, the Castle of Cassaigne, Lavardens castle, and the Museum of dArtagnan in Lupiac. Additionally, there are various music festivals including the biggest European festival of Latin music in Vic-Fezensac, the Jazz Festival in Marciac, and the Country music festival in Mirande. Condom also hosts musical nights throughout the summer, and there are night markets in July and August.

Directions

If you are coming from Condom, head towards d'Eauze. Continue until you reach Mouchan. Once you exit Mouchan, cross the bridge of L'Osse and take the first right, which will lead you uphill towards VC Hillasse. Drive for approximately 1.2 kilometers, and you will arrive at your destination. Look for the first house on your right, easily recognizable by its red shutters.
