Welcome to our 3-star apartment in Cassis! This beautifully air-conditioned apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable stay. With a spacious area of 58 m2 and just 50 meters away from the beach, it provides the perfect location for a relaxing getaway.The apartment is conveniently located, with the city center and port just a 10-minute walk away. Each room boasts large windows that open up to a 40 m2 balcony equipped with electric blinds. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and Cap Canaille while enjoying your meals or sunbathing on the 2 sun loungers provided.
The bright living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people, along with 3 nesting tables, 4 chairs, a color TV, and a library for your entertainment. The spacious bedroom offers a comfortable 140cm bed for 2 people, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a dressing table with a chair, a 3-door wardrobe (one with a mirror), a wooden chair, and even a cot if needed.
To ensure a comfortable stay, all windows and windows are fitted with electric shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with 6 kitchen essentials, a table with 4 chairs, a dishwasher, an 8-cutlery set, a fridge/freezer, a microwave with a grill, and a coffee machine.
The bathroom features a shower with cabin windows, a sink with a cabinet that has 2 doors and 3 drawers, a mirror, a heated towel rail, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet for your convenience.
