Nestled in a charming hamlet at the heart of the Combrailles region, our fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect getaway near Saint Gervais d'Auvergne. Immerse yourself in the breathtaking landscapes and rejuvenate your senses in this idyllic location.

Our accommodation has been awarded a three-star rating by Thermauvergne and offers a special package for thermal cures. With its stone walls and solid wood furniture, the apartment provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for your stay.

Although attached to our own house, the apartment is completely independent and can comfortably accommodate 2 people (and possibly 1 infant). It features an open kitchen with a table and 3 chairs, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchenware.

The bedroom is furnished with a 140-sized bed and a cozy corner sofa, complete with a television and internet access. The kitchenette opens up to the bedroom/living room, creating a comfortable studio-like space.

Additional amenities include a closet, a bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin, and toilet, as well as storage cabinets. Upon request, we can provide an umbrella bed, a chair, and a high chair for your convenience.

Conveniently located just 2.5 kilometers away, St Gervais d'Auvergne offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and services. Linen rental is available upon request.

Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace with a table, chairs, deck chairs, parasol, and barbecue, as well as a large plot of land. Please note that our gîte does not allow pets or smoking.

For more information, please don't hesitate to contact us. We accept payment by check or cash, and a 20% deposit of the rental price is required at the time of booking. Additionally, a security deposit of 350 will be requested upon key delivery and returned after the inventory upon departure.

During the summer season, a wide range of tourist activities are available in the area. You can also swim at Philippe pond in Saint Gervais d'Auvergne.
