Welcome to our cozy guest house, nestled in a beautifully restored 18th-century mill house. This charming property sits on 15 hectares of land, complete with a stunning 5-hectare lake that offers the perfect spot for carp fishing day or night.

The ground floor of the guest house features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a comfortable bedroom with an attached bathroom and WC. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious suite that can accommodate up to four people, complete with its own bathroom and WC.

For your entertainment, we provide satellite TV and a DVD player, allowing you to unwind and relax after a long day. Adding to the character of the house, you'll find beautiful wooden beams and antique furniture throughout all the rooms.

Situated in a quaint village, our guest house offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Though you'll enjoy a tranquil setting, essential amenities such as a supermarket and other shops are conveniently located just 2 km away.

Directions

To reach the guest house from Paris, take the A11 motorway and exit at La Ferté Bernard. Continue towards Saint-Calais and then follow the direction towards La Chartre. It takes approximately 35 minutes to reach the guest house from the motorway. If you are departing from Tours airport, the journey will take around 1 hour.
