There are three studio rooms available. The first one is a 24m² bedroom with a kitchen area and a salon featuring a sofa. The second room is a separate shower room and wc. Lastly, there is a 10m² mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Additionally, the studios offer a private terrace and comfortable garden furniture.Description for Gite
We offer two comfortable cottages with modern amenities. Each cottage is 55 m² and includes a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds suitable for children (with new bedding). The bathroom features a stylish Italian shower, and there is a separate toilet. The living area consists of a cozy lounge-dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge (including freezer compartment), microwave oven, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Carte Noire coffee machine, and dishes.Additionally, we have a larger cottage of approximately 65 m² with two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and the other has two single beds (90 cm) with new bedding. This cottage also includes a toilet cubicle with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a spacious living room with a lounge-dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a fridge (including freezer compartment), microwave oven, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, Carte Noire coffee machine, and dishes.
All our accommodations provide free wifi and parking facilities within the courtyard. Furthermore, guests can enjoy their own private entrance and terrace furnished with garden furniture (seasonal availability).
Please note that access to the laundry room is only available for stays of one week or longer. In order to maintain affordable rates, we kindly request guests to be mindful of their energy consumption. We may charge an additional fee if excessive usage is noticed through daily meter readings. Lastly, we regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.

De gite is voorzien van het modernste comfort, de eigenaars onderhouden hun gites en domein zeer goed, alles verkeert in onberispelijke staat. Het was een genoegen om hier te mogen zijn. Ideaal voor rustzoekers.

Agréable pause dans un écrin de verdure sur notre parcours de vacances. Nous avons découvert une magnifique propriété entretenue avec soin, des gîtes décorés avec goût pour une ambiance apaisante. Merci à Valérie et Marc pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité.

Gîte très bien situé pour visiter la Vendée, propriétaires très accueillants, discrets. Cadre magnifique dans la campagne tout en étant proche des grandes surfaces et des restaurants. Gîte décoré avec amour, excellente literie, avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine (sauf le grille-pain) , très cosy et confortable. Séjour très apprécié. Merci à vous

When you reach NANTES, head towards Bordeaux on the A83 motorway. Take exit N ° 7 and follow the signs for LUCON. Drive through St Jean de Beugne and Ste Gemme La Plaine. At the crossroads, continue towards Fontenay le comte. After 300m, turn right onto a smaller road. At the stop, turn left and continue for 500m until you reach our location on the right.
