This charming cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It features beautiful stone walls, some of which are exposed while others are covered with wood.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an old chimney, offering a rustic and cozy atmosphere. The kitchen spans 15 square meters. There is also a spacious living room with a fireplace insert and a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The living room and dining area cover an area of 40 square meters. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
Moving up to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is 25 square meters and has a double bed, as well as space for a baby's crib. The second bedroom is 15 square meters and has two single beds.
Outside, there is a separate storage area available for bikes and canoes, which also houses the washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful 800 square meter garden, enclosed by a hedge made of woodland plants.

Directions
To get to St Brieuc, you can take either the N12 or the E50. When leaving St Brieuc, head towards Lanvollon and Paimpol on the D6. In Lanvollon, continue following the signs for Paimpol on the D7. Once you reach the entrance of Paimpol, do not take the roundabout towards Lézardrieux and Tréguier on the D786. Instead, continue on the roundabout and take the direction towards Penhoat (approximately ¾ of the way around the roundabout). After driving for about 4 kilometers, you will see a sign for the Penhoat hamlet. Take the first left after the sign, which is about 200 meters away. After driving for 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Danot. Take the left turn at the intersection, which is about 100 meters away. The house TY LEFF is located 100 meters down the road on the left side, with the number 10.
