The room is situated on the ground floor of an independent building and boasts plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room features a comfortable double bed, a convenient corner office, a spacious wardrobe, and a private bathroom equipped with environmentally friendly dry toilets and an Italian-style 90*120cm shower.For breakfast, guests can choose to enjoy their meal at our table or in the gazebo, weather permitting. We also offer table dhôtes upon reservation, subject to availability.
Our hamlet is nestled on the outskirts of an 8-hectare woodland, through which a hiking trail passes, connecting to GR 37 just 1 kilometer away. Additionally, the Dinan-Vannes greenway is conveniently located 1 kilometer from the property. We offer garage space for bicycles or motorcycles, and there is a park available for horses or donkeys directly accessible from the courtyard. Guests will also have the pleasure of encountering our friendly farm animals, including cats, chickens, and sheep.

This cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, with a cozy ensuite room on the second floor. Alternatively, it can accommodate 6 people by adding an additional room on the first floor, which is wheelchair-friendly. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient washing machine. Ample parking space is available for guests. A beautiful garden and terrace with a BBQ are perfect for outdoor relaxation. Guests can enjoy entertainment with a TV and have the option of accessing the internet through either wifi or cable connection. Prior approval is required for pets. To get to the destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Start in Rennes and head towards St Brieuc on the RN 12. Take the second exit labeled "Montauban-de-Bretagne". Turn right at the exit and then left onto the D61, going towards Médréac. Proceed straight for 2 km, passing through the small village of Saint-MHervon. Keep going until you reach a crossroads where you'll see a pumping station on your right. After the crossroads, continue for another 100 m and make a right turn onto a lane with a "stop" sign. You have arrived!
