Thank you for your interest in our guest rooms at Villa La Barque 2. The villa offers four guest rooms, two of which have a king-size bed (180 x 200) and two with two single beds (90 x 200) that can be combined into one (as per choice). Each room includes two bedside tables with lamps, a desk with a chair, a kettle with tea, herbal tea, coffee, and sugar, and a dressing area. Additionally, each room has a private bathroom with a sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a small terrace with two armchairs and a coffee table. All rooms are south-facing, offering exceptional views of the sea and its islands. Guests have direct access to the 4x8 saltwater pool and its sun terrace, as well as direct access to the beach of Lanse à la Barque. Various activities are available, including shuffleboard, ping-pong, and board games (upon request).
The nightly rate for a room is 145, but for stays of three nights or more, the rate is reduced to 135 per night. An additional bed can be added to a room for a supplement of 40 per night. Breakfast is available for an additional charge of 12 for a sweet breakfast and 15 for a savory breakfast (pre-order required). Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30 on the large terrace with a panoramic sea view on the upper floor, in the private area of your hosts.
A security deposit of 500, along with holiday insurance, is required. A tourist tax of 2.25 per night per adult applies.
Payment terms include a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 70% one month before your arrival. We do not accept holiday checks or personal checks.

GRANDE TERRE GUADELOUPE
Upon leaving the airport, head towards POINT A PITRE.
After approximately 4.5km, take the Nationale 4 towards
LE GOSIER, SAINTE ANNE, SAINT FRANCOIS.
Continue on the national 4 for about 35km, passing
Le Gosier, Dampierre, Petit Havre, and Sainte Anne.
Note: About 6km after Sainte-Anne, do not take the first sign for "Séo-Anse à la Barque" which is also indicated as "Pierres et vacances" on the national road. Keep going for about 2km.
5km before reaching the village of Saint François, you will come across a place called "Blonval".
After passing "Blonval", just after the bus stop,
exit the national road and turn right towards "Anse à la Barque".
Follow the signs for Hotel Amaudo as well.
The first Hotel Amaudo sign will guide you. Continue for 1km, then after a turn, continue for 100m and take the right entrance onto a small uphill road. Continue until the end of the road, and you will find the villa on your left, Villa La Barque.
