Our delightful retreat features a refreshing 10m x 5m ‘Desjoyeaux swimming pool, perfect for endless hours of summer fun.The charming La Roseraie is a spacious 1850 Charentais stone farmhouse, adorned with exquisite exposed oak beams, stone and wood floors. With 4 bedrooms, this lovely abode comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Recently renovated to an impeccable standard, the house boasts generously sized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and expansive lounges that offer ample space and tranquility for all. Enjoy leisurely moments with our small billiard table and a selection of children's games. Additionally, a fridge is at your disposal for your convenience.
Unwind on our expansive covered patio, complete with an original old built-in bread oven, creating the perfect ambiance for delightful al fresco dining on warm summer evenings. For moments of relaxation, we provide garden furniture for your enjoyment under the shade of magnificent walnut and chestnut trees.

Directions
To get to our location, which is 30 minutes south of Poitiers, you can take either the A10 or N10. Once in Poitiers, take the N10 and continue straight until you reach the Couhé turn off, approximately 30 minutes away. At this point, turn left at the Intermarché supermarket and follow the signs leading to the village of Romagne. It's worth mentioning that we are conveniently situated just 400 meters from the famous La Vallée des Singes (Valley of the monkeys) visitor attraction. To find us, simply follow any of the signs that direct you from all around the region. Our house, known as 'La Roseraie', is located in a small hamlet called Chez Sicault, which is only 2km away from the village of Romagne.
