The accommodations available include a 2-bedroom Gite that can sleep 4 to 6 people, a 1-bedroom Gite for 2 people, a 3-bedroom family B&B suite that can accommodate 2 to 5 people, a 2-bedroom suite for 4 people, and a 1-bedroom B&B suite.Our location is just a few miles south of Saumur and the beautiful Loire valley, nestled between the market towns of Thouars and Loudun. It is conveniently only a 4-hour drive from the port of Dieppe or a 1-hour drive from Tours & Poitiers airports.
La Grande Maison is set on 3 acres of wooded grounds, with the picturesque river Dive flowing through it. Guests will have easy access to Center Parcs, Puy du Fou, Futurescope, and the renowned wine regions of the Loire Valley.

La Grande Maison offers versatile accommodation that can comfortably host groups of up to 18 individuals. The property boasts a charming outdoor dining area in the garden, accompanied by a fully-equipped summer kitchen for delightful barbecues. Additionally, we provide a bike barn for convenient storage and maintenance of bicycles, as well as a games room complete with pool and table tennis for endless entertainment. To beat the summer heat, guests can take a refreshing dip in the inviting plunge pool. Furthermore, the nearby river presents fantastic opportunities for wild swimming, as well as fishing and kayaking adventures.Reviews

Une maison accueillante et pleine de charme
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour pendant ce week-end du 8 mai, dans la Grande maison de la rue du 8 mai ... une maison où règne un esprit bohème. C'est une demeure ancienne pleine de charme et d'histoires avec une grande quantité de chambres, simples mais assez confortables. Un petit-déjeuner anglais très copieux nous a été servi dans une salle à manger au décor imposant. Chers hôtes, un grand merci pour l'accueil !

Une belle et grande maison de charme très agréable et très pratique car la suite pour 5 personnes est en fait composée de 3 chambres distinctes. Les prestations sont de qualité, l'accueil très chaleureux et les tarifs très abordables.
Je recommande vivement d'aller y faire un tour et je ne manquerai pas d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente.
