Situated approximately twenty kilometers south of Rennes and a mere fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes Airport, our charming accommodation is nestled in a picturesque hilly and wooded area. Within a short distance, less than two kilometers away, lies the Vilaine River with its scenic tourist route adorned with stunning mills, offering a delightful setting for leisurely strolls or invigorating bike rides.

Additionally, the renowned Lohéac racetrack is nearby, where you can witness thrilling races and explore its captivating museum.

Our spacious guest room awaits you, boasting a separate entrance for your privacy and convenience. The room is designed as a duplex, with a cozy ground floor featuring a comfortable 160-sized bed, complete with a television and Wi-Fi. Adjacent to it is a separate bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, a generously sized 40 square meter room awaits, offering two beds - one 140-sized and one 90-sized. Within this room, you'll discover a cozy seating area, as well as an array of amenities for your comfort and convenience. These include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary supplies for tea and herbal infusions. Additionally, there are various games and books available for children, ensuring their entertainment during your stay.

Furthermore, we provide access to informative documentation about the region, enabling you to explore and discover the local attractions.

We are the proud owners of two amiable dogs, and we warmly welcome your furry companions as well.

Directions

The Boulay is situated 20 km to the south of Rennes. To get there, you can take the Rennes-Redon road (D 177) and exit towards Bourg des Comptes-Janzé. From there, turn right at the center of horse riding, which will be the fourth road on your right. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at your destination. Look for signs at the last crossroads to guide you.

Alternatively, you can reach The Boulay by taking the Rennes-Nantes road (N 137) and exiting at Crevin. After the exit, turn left onto D 101 and at the first roundabout, take the right onto D 48 towards Guichen. Stay on this road for approximately 8 km, then turn left towards Guichen train station. At the station, turn right onto D 48 towards Guignen. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for 800 m to reach your destination. Look for signs at the last crossroads to guide you.
