The accommodation offered includes two adjoining bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 140cm bed, while the second bedroom has a 160cm bed. Additionally, a baby bed is available. The bathroom features an Italian shower, two sinks, a separate toilet, and a washing machine. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a covered terrace. There is also a lounge area and a dining area with a large table that can accommodate 12 people. A bar corner is also included. The barn is situated on 8 hectares of open wooded ground and offers amenities such as a BBQ and an outdoor warm shower. The barn itself has a surface area of 150m².The location of the property is conveniently located 3km from the A63 motorway, specifically exit n°11, between Magescq and Herm. It is also 3km from the village of Magescq. The ocean, specifically Messanges Plage, is a short 20-minute drive away. The center of Soustons can be reached in 15 minutes, while Soustons Plage and Vieux Boucau are both a 20-minute drive away.
Bed linen, including sheets, covers, pillows, bath mats, and towels, as well as kitchen towels, are provided. For entertainment, the property offers various games and sports equipment for children and adults, such as dice, cards, darts, petanque, golf equipment, croquet, volleyball, and badminton. There is no television in the accommodation, but WIFI is available 100m away. The owner of the property lives nearby and is available to provide advice and assistance.
Guests also have the option to book additional bed and breakfast accommodation at the nearby ARRION guesthouse, which is located just 100 meters from the barn.
The rental is available on a weekly basis, with a minimum stay of one week. Check-in is on Saturdays at 4 pm, and check-out is on Saturdays at 12 noon. During mid-July to end-August, the weekly rate is 900,-. In the low season, the weekly rate is 700,-. For campers with their own tent, the rate is 10,- per person per day, with children under 10 years old staying for free. A deposit of 500,- is required.
