The living area offers two comfortable sofas, providing a cozy space to relax. On the ground floor, you'll find a bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet. Up the open stairs from the living area, you'll discover two spacious and beautiful bedrooms – one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and two singles.

The Grenier (Sleeps 4): Accessible via an exterior oak staircase, this independent first-floor apartment welcomes you with its own front door entrance. The accommodation comprises a large living/dining room adorned with a lovely kitchen corner that includes a hob, fridge, microwave, and more. Adjacent to this room, there is a generously sized bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed and, separated by a curtain, bunk beds. The bedroom also features a shower room with a sink and toilet.

Directions

To get to our location, start at the crossroads in Livarot's town center. Take the road that leads to Orbec. As you ascend the hill towards the forest, keep going for approximately 200 meters after passing the cemetery. Look out for a sign on your left indicating "La Ferme des Vallots." Our destination is situated at the end of this lane.
