This 60m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a small condominium in Dinard. Situated in a quiet area with no neighbors overlooking, it offers a beautiful sea view. The apartment features a well-equipped living room with a TV and free WiFi, as well as an open kitchen that includes modern amenities such as an induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and oven. There are two bedrooms, with the main bedroom offering a 160-bed and large closets, and the second bedroom providing two 90-beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom is ensuite and includes a double washbasin, bath with shower, and a washing machine. The apartment also has separate toilets.Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels and house towels will be provided. Basic necessities such as coffee and sugar will also be available. Amenities such as a bakery can be found 50m away, and the city center is just 500m away, making it convenient to explore on foot. The beach is only 50m from the apartment. If you wish to visit the beautiful city of St Malo, it is a 15-minute drive or you can take the shuttle boat, with the embarcadere just 2 minutes away. Additionally, there are many magnificent sites to discover in the region, including the medieval district of Dinan (20 minutes), Mont St Michel (30 minutes), Dol de Bretagne and its surroundings, the golf courses of Elms and St Malo le Tronchet, and the charming city of Combourg, which holds great historical significance. Dinard serves as the perfect gateway to explore the majestic sites of Brittany.
