The property also includes a historic cellar spanning over 100 m², all nestled on a vast plot of land spanning over 2 hectares. Surrounding the property are enchanting woods and vineyards of Côtes de Blaye. Once owned by a General Farmer of the King, this house has recently been restored to recapture its 18th-century charm, while the vestibule dates back to the 16th century. The property offers a serene sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city, allowing you to fully unwind. However, should you need any supplies, the village of Saint Ciers is conveniently located just 1 km away, offering a variety of shops.
