The villa offers a comfortable and spacious stay with its 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom accommodates 2 persons and includes a private bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and toilet. The second bedroom also accommodates 2 persons and has a private shower and wash basin. The third bedroom accommodates 2 persons as well. The fourth bedroom is perfect for a group of friends or children, with 4 beds including 2 sets of bunk beds.The villa also includes independent toilets for added convenience. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity unit, and toilet.
Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining room, which features a cozy fireplace and a TV. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven, cooking plates, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee maker.
For added convenience, there is a technical room for the swimming pool, which also includes a washing machine. The private pool, measuring 6x3m, is enclosed with an approved tarpaulin.
Guests can relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces, including terraces and a garden with a BBQ. Outdoor furniture such as deckchairs, tables, and chairs are provided for guests' comfort. Private parking is also available.
