Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a beautifully preserved 19th century stone farmhouse. Philippe and Marie-Laurence invite you to experience a memorable holiday or training course at our charming estate. Nestled in the enchanting southern Ardèche region, just 15 minutes away from scenic bathing spots such as LIbie and Ardeche, and only 30 minutes from the renowned Vallon Pont dArc and Chauvet Cave, our location is perfect for exploring the nearby villages of Ballazuc, Labeaume, and Voguë.Our mansion exudes elegance and comfort, with careful attention given to its decoration. Facing south, it offers breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains. Set within a secure and lush 5000 m² park, with private parking, guests will find tranquility and serenity. Accessible via the Montélimar TGV station, located 20 km away, and conveniently served by a bus stop just 300 m from the property, our estate is easily accessible.
Situated in a sunny and peaceful valley, our cottages are only a 4-minute walk from the village center, where you can find all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical services. We offer two cottages, with a total capacity of 24 people, allowing you to gather with family, friends, or colleagues. Our beautiful vaulted reception room, covering 70m² on the ground floor, is available for group meals upon request. Equipped with tables, sound systems, and a video screen, it also has a kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, and 6 tables, along with corresponding dishes for up to 40 people.
For those looking to explore the wonders of Ardèche, we offer weekend visits and discovery packages. These residential stays take place on specific weekends throughout the year, allowing you to visit the must-see attractions in the region while also providing an opportunity to relax and unwind. On Saturday evenings, we even offer a lively dance party.
During your stay, you can visit intriguing sites such as the troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun, as well as charming villages like Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues. Don't miss the chance to explore the Chauvet Cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave, among other remarkable sites.
Our cottage "Panorama" can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, while "Montloubier" can accommodate 9 people. Each cottage is fully equipped and features a terrace (16m² and 20m² respectively) with garden furniture and a barbecue. If desired, we can arrange catering services with a local caterer who specializes in fresh local produce.
Additionally, Philippe, a sports coach, offers fitness activities for those looking to stay active. Our fitness area spans 32 m² and is equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment. Guests can also enjoy a game of pétanque, table tennis, or volleyball/badminton. We provide access to hiking trails and offer bike rentals on-site, including 8 mountain bikes, 5 regular bikes, and 5 hybrid bikes.

Directions
To reach our destination, start by accessing the SNCF station in Montelimar. It is approximately a 2 hour and 50-minute train ride from Paris, a 1 hour and 45-minute train ride from Lyon, and just 25 minutes from Valence. From the station, take a 35-minute bus ride to the No. 74 stop at Villeneuve de Berg center. Once you get off the bus, it will only be a short walk to our field.
