This delightful cottage, suitable for 1-4 guests, has been recently renovated and is situated in the picturesque port of Lyvet, conveniently located near Dinan and Saint-Malo. With a total area of 40 m2, the ground floor includes an entrance and a well-equipped bathroom, while the upper floor comprises a comfortable living and sleeping area, as well as a kitchen space with a view of the Rance river. We have carefully furnished the cottage with warm decor and used high-quality materials to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite its peaceful location on the banks of the Rance, the cottage is within easy reach of restaurants and popular tourist attractions in the region. Additionally, there is a small terrace on the upper floor for guests to enjoy. Please note that during high season, the minimum stay is 2 nights. Access to the rental is via a shared road. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and bathroom (equipped with a toilet, washbasin, and shower). A charming spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which is well-lit by two large windows facing east and west. There, you will find the kitchen area, the terrace, and the living and sleeping area (featuring convertible sofas) with a delightful view of the harbor.Reviews
