The Manoir de Malagorse is a charming property located in the scenic countryside of the Lot region, just outside the small village of Rignac. It boasts a convenient location, with the picturesque medieval village of Martel only a 10-minute drive away, offering a delightful selection of restaurants and shops.

The Manoir is perfectly situated for exploring both the Dordogne Valley, with its famous attractions such as Sarlat, Domme, Manoir de Eyrignac, and Chateau de Beynac, as well as the historic sites of the Lot region, including Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, and Carennac.

Inside the Manoir, natural light fills the rooms, which are adorned with furniture and objects discovered by Anna and Abel at local Brocante markets. The kitchen serves as the heart of the house, featuring a handmade, immense cooking range as the centerpiece and a large farmhouse table for hosting memorable evenings when outdoor dining is not possible.

Guests can indulge in a sumptuous breakfast, consisting of fresh juice, fruit, homemade yogurts and muesli, freshly baked croissants and brioche, homemade jams, and aromatic coffees and teas. Dinner is a four-course affair, served in the courtyard if weather permits. Anna takes pride in creating delightful table settings with crisp antique linen, fresh flowers, and candles, while Abel focuses on using the freshest produce and light, aromatic flavors with a touch of Provence.

The living room provides a cozy retreat, where guests can unwind in leather armchairs, delve into a book, and peruse a selection of interesting coffee table books.

The Manoir offers five individually designed bedrooms, each thoughtfully decorated with sumptuous French fabrics and locally sourced furnishings. The rooms vary in size and character but all provide the comforts of home, including fresh garden flowers, crisp white bed linen, fluffy bathrobes, and luxurious toiletries from Coté Bastide.

The property also features "Four à Pain," the original bakery for the domaine, which is separate from the main house and retains its original features, such as a vaulted oven. This charming space is adorned with antique terracotta tiles and showcases an oak beamed roof structure, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere.

Surrounded by three hectares of peaceful countryside, the Manoir boasts stunning views and offers a swimming pool set in a spacious meadow, complete with comfortable teak sun loungers. Welcome to Le Loft de Malagorse, a beautifully renovated barn located within the charming courtyard of Malagorse. This spacious 110m2 loft offers a comfortable and luxurious stay.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a delightful dining space where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. The loft also features a private terrace that leads into the enchanting garden, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

Moving on to the first floor, you will discover two tastefully decorated bedrooms. One of the bedrooms boasts a luxurious rolltop bath and a convenient walk-in shower, while the other offers a spacious walk-in shower. Additionally, the first floor includes a large open plan living area, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

To ensure a delightful start to your day, we provide a daily delivery of fresh bread and croissants straight to your doorstep. If you prefer a more indulgent breakfast experience, you have the option to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the nearby Manoir for an additional cost of 15 euros per person.
