We are offering a charming and spacious room, measuring approximately 20m², designed with a romantic ambiance in mind, featuring a color scheme of gray, white, and red. The room includes a comfortable 160-sized bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional person or up to 12 children if needed.We take pride in providing high-quality sheets and towels, reminiscent of those used by grandmothers. Additionally, children under 2 years old stay for free, and we can provide a cot with a mattress and fitted sheet upon request. The room also has an attached shower room and a private toilet.
As part of your stay, a delicious breakfast will be included and personally served by the owners. We can also provide WiFi and television upon request. Please note that this is a non-smoking room.
If you are traveling with a larger group or family, we also have two cottages available for rent. One can accommodate up to 4 people, while the other can accommodate up to 5 people. Both options include breakfast for groups or families with more than 3 people.
Description for Gite
The Poppies cottage is a charming single-storey accommodation measuring 55 m2, conveniently attached to the owners' house. It features two bedrooms, a spacious living room that opens up to a well-equipped kitchen, and boasts a stunning terrace overlooking the Angevinière park. This cottage has been awarded a 3-star rating since February 2018 and is fully furnished to comfortably accommodate a maximum of four guests.On the other hand, Les Hortensias is a delightful independent cottage spanning 75 m2, complete with its own private terrace, perfect for up to five people. It offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with either a single bed (90 cm) or two single beds (90 cm each). The bathroom is located upstairs, while the ground floor boasts a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a bioethanol stove. Like the Poppies cottage, Les Hortensias has also been classified with a 3-star rating since February 2018 and is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate a maximum of five guests.

Directions
To reach the Angevinière by road, take exit 33 of the A84 in the department of La Manche, Lower Normandy, in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. From there, head towards Alençon, crossing Ducey. At the roundabout of the "Carrefour Market" supermarket, take the exit towards St-Laurent-de-Terregatte. Drive approximately 2.5 km, passing the Sélune bridge. After the bridge, take the second road on the left, which is indicated by a sign. Proceed for about 150m and then turn left after the first house. Follow this small road for 50m, passing through a big red wrought iron gate. You have now arrived at the Angevinière!
If you prefer to access the Angevinière by train, the nearest train station is AVRANCHES, which is just a 15-minute drive away. We are happy to arrange pick-up service if needed. Alternatively, you can also consider larger train stations like VILLEDEDIEU-LES-POELES, which is a 30-minute drive by car, or RENNES, which is approximately 50 minutes away by car.
