Welcome to our guest house in Green Périgord, located in the charming village of Dordogne Roche Chalais. Laure and Patrice Cochin will warmly greet you in their 19th-century house, complete with a swimming pool. We invite you to experience a moment of camaraderie and tradition in our cozy establishment. We offer five guest rooms for a comfortable stay or a quick stopover.Situated at the borders of Gironde, Charente, Charente Maritime, and the former provinces of Perigord, Guyenne, Saintonge, and Aquitaine, our village serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the stunning countryside and engaging in various activities. Take some time to discover the serene Dronne River, which offers both relaxation and sport fishing opportunities. Explore the vast Double Forest, with its heart in the 33-hectare pond Jemaye, offering beautiful walks and hikes. Nearby in Charente, you will fall in love with Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, renowned as one of the most picturesque villages in France.
Venture further south, and you will uncover the enchanting city of St Emilion, famous for its prestigious chateaux. Bordeaux is also within reach, allowing you to visit the beautiful lady of Aquitaine. Don't forget to explore Arcachon as well.
The Dordogne, with its four Perigord regions, is a treasure trove of wonders. Marvel at the high-quality architectural and natural heritage, including country houses, medieval towns, and countless castles spread across the department. Excellent accueil, très belle chambre... déjà parfait. En plus, proposition d'un repas le soir, de même teneur ! une adresse à conserver, pour y revenir le plus tôt possible .
