Annex 43 is situated at the base of the fortified walls of Guérande. It consists of a cozy living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The accommodation features a room with a comfortable king size bed (160), a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Guests also have direct access to a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, a plancha, and a beautiful garden.Included in the rental price are bed linen that will be made upon your arrival, shower towels, and kitchen linen. Additionally, you will have access to a private parking space and WIFI.
Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and costs 3.5 units. Visitors tax is also not included.
Pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
The rental is available for a minimum of two nights. During July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
