Located in the peaceful and green residential area of Parc des Chevreaux, this F3 residence offers a beautiful living space on the first floor of the house. This independent floor measures 42 m2 and consists of two rooms.The bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside table, desk, dresser/cupboard, clothes rack/shelves, and a television. Sheets and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is included.
The common areas shared by the two bedrooms include a spacious living room and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, armchair, TV stand, TV, and DVD player. The kitchen features cabinets, a dining table for four, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a vanity cabinet, mirror, shower, programmable towel radiator, window, and toilet.
Guests have access to a 300m2 enclosed and landscaped garden, which includes a dining/relaxation area, deckchairs, and a ping pong table. Parking is available in front of the house.
The residence is conveniently located near various amenities. The Corbeil station is a 10-minute bus ride away, while the Lieusaint station can be reached in 15 minutes. The ZA "The Ringale Point" offers food shops, restaurants, a tea room, and a sports hall. The nearby Saint Germain Golf course is also easily accessible.
