Situated in the 9th arrondissement of Marseille's southern area, this bed & breakfast is nestled within a family-owned property. The establishment has been ingeniously transformed to encompass a restaurant, which serves lunch, as well as comfortable rooms for guests. The property's design and layout have been conscientiously curated to prioritize environmental sustainability, from cultivating produce for the restaurant to implementing solar panels to support water and electricity consumption. The renovation materials have also been carefully chosen with environmental considerations in mind. The bed & breakfast goes by the name Ginkgo, paying homage to the renowned Ginkgo Biloba tree.Ginkgo boasts three double rooms, each with its own unique vegetable-themed ambiance. While check-in is available at any time during the day, the rooms will only be ready for occupancy after 3pm from Monday to Wednesday, and after 5pm from Thursday to Sunday. Check-out must be completed by 11am if the room is booked for the same day, or by 3pm if the room is unoccupied. For any additional inquiries, please consult the host.
Guests are invited to make the most of the expansive outdoor space on the property, including a visit to the vegetable garden. Furthermore, a parking lot is available for those arriving by car.
