This detached house is perfect for a group of 3 people and a baby. While all the necessary shops are located 3 km away, there are also fantastic amenities nearby including an outdoor swimming pool, riding stables, and tennis courts. Additionally, a theme park is just 10 minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Concarneau and Concarneau are a short 20-minute drive, while Quimper and Pont-Aven can be reached in just 10 and 20 minutes respectively.

The accommodation itself consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable double bed and a cot in one of the rooms. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine bedroom with a single bed.

Outside, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying the pleasant weather. Additionally, there is a large playground with swings, a football goal, and a bowling alley for entertainment.

Directions

To reach Ellie from Lorient in the east, take the Kerampaou RN165 expressway towards ROSPORDEN. Once in ROSPORDEN, head towards Ellie. When you arrive in Ellie, make a right turn at the SPAR shop and continue towards Tourc'h. After approximately 3 km, look for a yellow sign that says "Penfoennec-Huella" and turn right.

If you are coming from the north, specifically from Saint-Brieuc, follow the directions towards ROSTRENEN and GOURIN, ROUDOUALLEC, CORAY. Upon reaching Coray, take a left turn at the fire station and continue straight until you reach Tourc'h. In Tourc'h, pass the church and take the first road on the right towards Ellie. Drive for about 4 to 5 km and then make a right turn towards Ellie. Finally, take the first left road to reach Penfoennec.
