The vibrant city of Vannes is conveniently located 20km away, providing easy access to urban amenities. Moreover, the Gulf Islands, such as Ile aux Moines and Arz, are merely a short distance away, while Port Navalo, serving as a gateway to the Atlantic Islands like Belle-Ile, Houat, and Houëdic, is only a few miles from our location. Embark on an adventure along miles of scenic coastal paths right from our doorstep. The region boasts a unique microclimate, characterized by mild temperatures, making the Golfe du Morbihan the warmest part of Brittany.

Welcome to Le Clos du Roaliguen, a charming detached house located less than 200m from the beautiful beach in Morbihan, Brittany.

On the ground floor, you will find the main room which includes a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. The kitchen features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave oven, electric coffee machine, and even a steam-cooker. You will find everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals, and upon arrival, a basic food reserve will be provided for your convenience.

The lounge area boasts two double settees and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day at the beach. Free Internet access is also available through wifi. Additionally, there is a shower room with a thermostatic tap, toilets, and a bathroom sink. In the cellar, you will find a washing machine and a barbecue set that you can use on the terrace.

Upstairs, the parents' room features a comfortable double bed (140 cm wide) with bedside tables, a table and a chair, and a fitted cabinet and shelves for storage. The children's room offers two single beds (80 cm wide) with bedside tables and fitted shelves. There is also a bathroom with a bath, toilets, and a bathroom sink.

Outside, you can enjoy the lovely surroundings on one of the two terraces. There is a terrace in front of the house and another one on the west side, both equipped with a small garden, table and chairs, and a sun umbrella. Additionally, there is a private parking place in front of the house for your convenience.

Directions

To get to "Le Roaliguen" from Vannes, head towards Sarzeau or Le Crouesty. Once you reach a roundabout near Sarzeau, you will spot "Le Roaliguen" on the left side.
