"Modern and Elegant Living" This apartment offers complete privacy with its own entrance from the beautiful courtyard garden. The charming features of this historic 15th century stone house have been carefully maintained, including the original stone flag floors and classic "French-style" ceilings.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with an induction cooker, top fridge, microwave oven, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. The spacious 20m2 bedroom provides a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, along with ample storage space.

The bathroom features a convenient shower, washbasin, and toilet. Additionally, house linen is provided for your convenience.

Directions

The destination is located 15 kilometers to the west of Nîmes. To get there from the A9, take the Gallargues exit and then follow the N113 towards Nîmes. Take the D1 road towards Calvisson, shortly after passing the Bas Rhône canal. Once you arrive in the village, look for signs leading to the house, which is located two doors past the town hall (mairie). There is a spacious, secure, and free parking area available on the main square of Calvisson, behind the small supermarket Casino. It is only a five-minute walk from the parking area to the house.
