This furnished apartment on the first floor of a villa offers a southwest exposure and boasts a private terrace and parking. The apartment includes all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including provided sheets and towels. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The apartment features two rooms, each with a double bed. One room faces east while the other offers a southwest view. The bathroom, located between the two rooms, is equipped with a bathtub, sink, and washing machine. The functional kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room-living room faces south and provides a stunning view of the pine forest and the sea. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV. Outside, a terrace in the garden offers a southwest view of the Gulf through the pine forest. The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, as well as all necessary dishes and utensils for daily life. Rates vary depending on the period, number of guests, and length of stay.
