Renovated cottage designed with high environmental and ecological standards, constructed entirely of wood both inside and outside. This comfortable cottage is perfect for 2 to 4 people and features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchen utensils and crockery for 4 people. The living room also includes a convertible sofa and a TV for your entertainment. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 160x200 bed and a dressing room for your convenience. The bathroom is designed to meet PMR standards and includes a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and a dryer. Additional amenities such as an iron and ironing board, broom, and vacuum cleaner are also provided.Bed linen is included in the rental, and towels can be rented for a small additional fee of 10 Euros per pack for 2 people. The cottage boasts a wooden terrace, a lawn, and private parking, ensuring a completely independent stay. Located in Lecelles, in the picturesque countryside of Northern France, the cottage is conveniently situated near local shops, producers, and the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (only 7 minutes away). It is also within easy reach of Valenciennes (20 minutes), Lille (40 minutes), and the Belgian border (500m), making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Other nearby attractions include Tournai (20 minutes), Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and various restaurants.
The cottage's excellent location is perfect for leisurely walks or bike rides in the beautiful surroundings. Please note that the cottage is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets. The rental prices are as follows: 350 Euros per week, 600 Euros for 2 weeks, 750 Euros for 3 weeks, and 900 Euros per month. There is no tourist tax, and a mandatory cleaning fee of 30 Euros applies.
