Description:

Description for B&B:

Linas is a picturesque French village located 25 km south of Paris, making it an ideal stopover for travelers heading to the western regions such as Brittany, the Loire Castles, and Bordeaux, or the southern parts of France like Lyon and the Riviera.

Our house is a beautifully restored rural residence surrounded by a spacious garden. The tranquil ambiance of our guest rooms is created by a blend of refined materials, calming colors, and a harmonious mix of old and new elements. You will feel refreshed and at ease during your stay.

We offer three exquisite and tastefully decorated rooms: "l'Amarante" can accommodate up to four people and is designed to be fully accessible for disabled individuals. "l'Alcôve" features a comfortable double bed, while "la Dorée" offers a cozy single bed.

"L'Amarante" boasts its own private terrace where breakfast can be served, weather permitting, and it has its designated parking space within the garden.

The entrances to our guest rooms are separate from the main entrance of the house, ensuring privacy for our guests. Each room is equipped with an "Italian" shower (directly on the floor), a toilet, a TV, a DVD player, and complimentary high-speed internet access.

All three rooms share a communal dining area, which is equipped with self-catering facilities including a kettle, a microwave, a griddle, a fridge, and all necessary kitchenware and tableware. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals or enjoy a traditional French breakfast with fresh baguettes, croissants, and our homemade jams.

If you are planning a visit to Paris and desire a place where you can also unwind and enjoy quality accommodations at an affordable price, or if you are en route to the enchanting châteaux de la Loire or other destinations and seek a truly French experience, do not miss out on this extraordinary location. You will not be disappointed!
