Each room is filled with natural light and designed for your utmost comfort.
All four rooms feature a luxurious double bed measuring 160x200, along with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, while another offers the flexibility of a 180x200 bed that can be separated into two twin beds measuring 90x200 each.
Surrounded by a sprawling one-hectare park, you will have access to outdoor dining areas complete with a barbecue, a wooden terrace furnished with a table and garden furniture, and a dedicated parking space.
As an added bonus, a charming chalet housing a fully-equipped kitchen with a sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer is at your disposal.
Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Anse du Croc sandy beach, located just 600 meters away. Marvel at the stunning views of Cape Fréhel, its iconic lighthouse, and the magnificent Vauban tower.

Our house is also situated at the starting point of cycle route and greenway No. 4 in Brittany, making it an ideal destination for cycling enthusiasts.
