We have three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom that includes a shower (measuring 120 * 80) and a basin. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for convenience.The first bedroom, called "the Mansard", is located on the elevated ground floor and offers a charming terrace. It features a comfortable 160cm bed. On the upper floor, there is a private lounge area with a television, providing a cozy space to relax.
The second bedroom, known as "the garden", is situated on the ground floor and also has its own terrace. This room boasts a versatile 180cm modular bed, allowing for customization according to your preferences.
Lastly, the family room, named "the attic", is located upstairs and features a spacious 180cm adjustable bed. Additionally, there is a lounge area in this room, complete with a sofa bed that can be used for extra sleeping arrangements.

Étape très agréable, très bon accueil de Nadine et son mari. Grande Chambre joliment décorée, belle salle d eau moderne. Petit déjeuner royal tout fait maison, bravo. Je recommande cette adresse, un excellent souvenir.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these travel directions: Start by taking Exit 22 Avallon from the A6. Once you reach the roundabout, take the Lyon direction. Continue straight on the D606 until you reach the Lyon/Dijon junction. At this junction, make a right turn towards Etrée. After approximately 500m, take a right turn at the Etrée junction. Our location is situated at the right side, just after exiting the village. If you are coming from Avallon, simply stay on the D606 until you reach Etrée, without taking the Magny route.
