Welcome to "La Colline" where Tom and Johanna invite you to experience a delightful stay. Our charming bed and breakfast is conveniently located just 2km from the medieval center of Sarlat-La-Canéda. We offer five comfortable guest rooms, a gîte, and table d'hôtes for your enjoyment.

Our five beautiful bedrooms each come with their own bathroom, shower, and toilet. Free WIFI is available throughout the property. You have the option of a queensize bed or twin beds for a restful night's sleep. Wake up to a generous breakfast served between 8 and 10 o'clock, featuring pastries, baguettes, jams, orange juice, yogurt, cereals, and more. Breakfast is included in the price of your B&B stay.

All of our rooms are non-smoking and air conditioning is available upon request. Enjoy the picturesque view of our garden from your room, a perfect spot for a picnic, reading a good book, or relaxing after exploring Sarlat or indulging in the various activities the Périgord Noir region has to offer.

Discover numerous prehistoric sites and painted caves, including fifteen UNESCO World Heritage sites such as the famous Lascaux cave. This ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, making it an ideal choice for families with children who are looking to have a pleasant holiday near Sarlat. La Colline offers a spacious parking area and is conveniently located just 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat. This means that guests can easily explore the beautiful historic city on foot, without the hassle of finding parking.

The apartment features a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a TV, as well as a bedroom with bunk beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a kitchen/dining room area. Guests can also take advantage of the partially covered terrace, which faces south-west. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture, allowing guests to fully enjoy this delightful spot.

The rental price includes sheets, towels, water, electricity, and heating. Free WIFI is also available. Upon request, an air conditioner can be provided for an additional fee of 5 € per day. A mandatory cleaning fee of 50 euros is required at the end of your stay. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Our guests have the option to enjoy breakfast at the cottage, with croissants, pastries, and baguettes available. Alternatively, guests can join us for a generous breakfast for an additional cost of 7 € per person. In the evening, upon request, we offer table d'hôtes (evening dinner).
