The room, measuring 30m², overlooks a peaceful courtyard and has been renovated by an architect in August 2011. It boasts a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine. The bathroom is also stunning, featuring modern amenities.
The chamber includes a television and internet access for your convenience. Minimum rental period is 2 nights, with rates of €85 for 3 to 4 nights, €80 for 5 to 6 nights, and €525 for a week. For stays of two weeks, the rate is €980, and for a month-long stay, it is €1680. Weekly rentals include a change of sheets and towels, as well as housekeeping services.
