Welcome to our large seaside villa in St Aubin sur Mer! This spacious accommodation is located just 200 meters away from the stunning sand beach of the Alabaster Coast. Approved by Gîtes de France with 3 ears rating, it can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people. With 175m² of living space and situated on a 1500m² plot of land, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Outside, you'll find a small tarred closed court with outdoor furniture, a fixed barbecue for your grilling needs, and a ping pong table for some friendly competition. There is also a lockable shed available to store bicycles. Additionally, we have a small bedroom with 1 single bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds, complete with toys, society games, and disguises for the little ones. Both rooms also have a washbasin for convenience.

On the ground floor, you'll find a dining room adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room, with its stunning view of the sea through 10 large windows, offers a comfortable space to relax. It features a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a cozy working fireplace.

The first and second floors are dedicated to the bedrooms. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, including 4 double beds, 9 single beds, and 3 cots with covers, duvet-covers, and pillows. Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets on these floors. The villa also benefits from central heating and is equipped for babies, making it suitable for families with young children.

We offer sheet rental for 6 euros per pair and there is a supplement for cleaning of 60 euros. For seafood lovers, you'll have the opportunity to purchase fresh fish from the local fishermen boats every morning. For any shopping needs, Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux are just a 10-minute drive away. There, you'll find various amenities such as a pleasure port with a tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, and hospital. The beach resort of Dieppe is also easily accessible within a 25-minute drive.

In the vicinity, you'll discover many beautiful floral parks, such as Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur mer, as well as charming chateaux and stately homes. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous trekking paths both along the sea shore and through the countryside.

Directions

From Paris, travel 200km towards Rouen. Take the Barentin exit on the A15 and continue until you reach Pavilly. Then, follow the D142 road towards Limésy/Yerville. When you reach Yerville, turn right onto D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx. Continue on this road passing through Fountain Dun and St Pierre the viger until you reach D237, then turn left towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man.

When you arrive at the Dun Borough, make a right turn to cross towards St Aubin. After passing "the Saltworks," take a left onto D75 towards St Aubin. Follow the road and then descend onto the street leading to "the beach." The entry point is on the left side, after the series of letter-boxes belonging to postal and telecommunications authorities.

Alternatively, if you are coming from Rouen, head towards Dieppe. At St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville and then take D54 towards Ouville the river. Continue on D925 until you reach Bourg Dun, and then take D237 towards St Aubin on sea.
