The Farmhouse is located in a peaceful neighborhood just 1 km away. It offers flexible accommodation options for groups of different sizes. You can choose to rent the entire farmhouse for up to 24 people or rent each house independently for either 9 or 15 people.The big house, with a capacity of 15 people, features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, including 5 double beds (160x200) and 5 single beds (90x190). Additionally, cots are available for families with infants. The house also includes a cozy lounge with a fireplace, a scullery, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room.
The house was beautifully restored in 2010 and is available for rental starting from December. It is designed to accommodate 9 people and offers 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. A spacious dining room with a traditional Quercynoise fireplace allows guests from both houses to gather and enjoy meals together. The old cellar has been transformed into a games room, providing entertainment for all ages. There is also a charming 20m² living room that completes the set.
Surrounding the farmhouse, there are several areas equipped for games and relaxation, allowing everyone to make the most of the property. There is a playground with swings, climbing ropes, rope ladders, and rings, all situated amidst open fields. The orchard offers a tranquil and shaded spot for sunbathing. The property also boasts beautiful gardens with basswood and hazel trees, where guests can enjoy convivial meals and make use of the provided griddle.
Located in the Regional Natural Park of limestone Quercy, the Mas ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. It is an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions such as Rocamadour (24 km away), Padirac (24 km away), the Dordogne and Lot valleys (30 km away), and Saint Cirq Lapopie (35 km away). The Mas, originally built between 1771 and 1822, was carefully restored in 2005 to preserve its authenticity. With a total area of 200m², it offers ample space for a comfortable stay.
