Situated 15 km away from Agen, on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne River, the charming hamlet of Gil offers stunning views of the Mass Valley. Set on an expansive 8-hectare property, this bed and breakfast is housed in a historic building dating back to the 16th century. The ground floor accommodation, called House MYOSOTIS, features a cozy 25 m² space with a 140 cm double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a shower with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. The first floor offers the Red rooms, which include a 140 cm double bed, two single beds, a wardrobe, and a shower with a toilet.

At the property, guests can enjoy the use of a spacious outdoor swimming pool measuring 50 m². Additionally, they have the opportunity to meet our Angora goats, who produce the famous mohair, as well as our friendly donkeys. For those traveling with children, babysitting services are available upon request.

During your stay, there are plenty of interesting places to discover nearby. Take a leisurely walk to the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, located just 2.5 km away, and explore its eleventh-century church. The village of Port St. Mary, with its shops, is only 5 km away. For a unique experience, visit the exotic greenhouse in Colayrac, which is just 7 km from the hamlet. We also recommend visiting Buzet, known for its wine production, and Vianne, famous for its glasswork and night market. Your cottage is situated in the charming hamlet of Gil, overlooking the beautiful Valley of the Mass. Located just 15 km from Agen, on the right bank of the Garonne River, this cottage offers a peaceful and picturesque setting. Set on a sprawling 8-hectare property, consisting of lush green meadows and rolling hills, the cottage is housed in a historic building dating back to the 16th century. While it is adjacent to the owners' house, it provides complete privacy.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The upper floor features three spacious bedrooms: the first bedroom includes two 90 cm beds and a convenient storage space, the second bedroom also has two 90 cm beds and ample storage, and the third bedroom offers a comfortable 140 cm bed and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a shower room with a toilet on this floor.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and dining area, spanning 25.5 m². It features a rustic sofa-bed that can sleep two people, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a farmhouse table with four chairs, and a bench. This space opens onto a terrace with a barbecue and a garden, facing southwest and overlooking the meadows and groves. The cottage also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen (18 m²) with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin on this floor.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:

Start your journey from Agen and head towards Bordeaux on the N113. After passing through Lapoulaille, take a right turn and then, after driving 100 meters, take a left towards St. Medard. At the end of this road, take a left turn towards Clermont Dessous. After driving for another 100 meters, take a right turn onto The Gil. Keep going until you reach the last house on the way.
