Recently restored and nestled within a larger property, this characterful home boasts 3 rooms spread across 90m2, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The interior is tastefully furnished with antique country furniture, exuding a warm and inviting atmosphere.The ground floor features a spacious living room, spanning 30m2 and equipped with a TV for your entertainment. Additionally, there is a dining room with two sofa beds, perfect for additional sleeping arrangements. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free stay. The ground floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC for your convenience.
Upstairs, accessed by a ladder, you will find a generously sized 30m2 bedroom furnished with a comfortable double bed. The room is filled with natural light, creating a tranquil and cozy space for a good night's sleep.
Outside, a gravelled terrace awaits, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, providing the perfect spot for al fresco dining and enjoying the surrounding scenery. The property also boasts a lovely garden with trees and a designated parking space. For your convenience, there is a separate annex housing a washing machine.
As part of the larger property, guests will have access to a shared swimming pool (10x5) to cool off and relax during their stay. The pool is shared with the friendly owners, who reside in a separate house with a different entrance.
