Florence and Eric warmly welcome you to their beautiful property, located near a charming town in Lot and Garonne. Situated in a stunning area near the castle of Bonaguil, their property features a lovely studio made of white stone, specifically designed for the comfort of two individuals. The studio, spanning 25 m2, offers a range of amenities including a comfortable 160x200 bed, a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, the studio boasts a dining area, lounge area, TV, internet access, CD radio, and a bathroom with a shower and WC.As a guest, you are invited to indulge in the refreshing pool, measuring 6m by 11m. You will also have access to the summer kitchen, complete with a dining area and barbecue facilities. Furthermore, you can enjoy various recreational activities such as football and bocce in the spacious 2ha300 park, which is home to pygmy goats and an orchard filled with fresh fruit. Parking, a carport (suitable for motorcycles), and a garden are also available on the property. Please note that certain conditions apply for bringing pets, which can be discussed during the booking process.
Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are all provided and included in the rental price. In addition, a cot with a high chair, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available upon request. Florence and Eric are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and are ready to assist with any additional needs you may have.
If desired, meals and breakfast can be provided upon request. For weekend stays, the following rates apply: 1 night - 60 euros, 2 nights - 110 euros. For longer stays, the rates are as follows: 3 nights - 160 euros, 7 nights - 360 euros. Different rates apply for very high season (340 euros), high season (280 euros), season (250 euros), and low season (300 euros). Please note that a caution deposit of 200 euros and a 30 euro fee for pets are required. Additionally, a heating supplement is applicable during the winter period from November 01 to March 01.
On the premises, guests can enjoy the swimming pool, table football, and boules. In the nearby town of Fumel, there is a communal pool, various shops, restaurants, a toy library, a regular library, horse riding facilities, and opportunities for rowing and canoeing. Within a 30-kilometer radius, visitors can explore castles, golf courses, rope sports, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, and museums.
