At our school, we exclusively utilize environmentally certified products sourced from Cioran's farm, which is also the owner of the hotel-pension. The farm, known as Fereme, supplies us with a daily abundance of fresh produce, including dairy, meat products, eggs, vegetables, fruits, homemade bread, and pastry. Additionally, tourists visiting our establishment have the opportunity to engage in various farm activities such as assisting with animal nutrition, milking, collecting and preserving vegetables and fruits, as well as enjoying horseback rides on donkeys through the use of sleds or cars.
