This charming 4-bedroom villa offers breathtaking views and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across its spacious 120 sqm.Located at an altitude of 170 meters (557 feet), this house is a mere 13 km (8 miles) away from the beach, making it the perfect retreat for nature lovers and beach enthusiasts alike. The surrounding area is ideal for scenic walks and outdoor activities.
The front garden features a paved terrace with seating for 8 people, as well as a hammock and sunbeds for relaxation. The charcoal BBQ ensures delightful outdoor dining experiences during the summer months.
Upon entering the house, you will find an inviting entrance hall that provides access to all ground floor rooms, as well as stairs leading to the upper level. The tastefully decorated L-shaped lounge boasts white and soft yellow tones, with two large sofas and two armchairs comfortably seating 8 guests. A decorative open fire adds a cozy touch to the room. You can enjoy entertainment with the satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system, while a bookshelf offers a selection of books and DVDs for your leisure.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, featuring a spacious oak table that can be adjusted in size to accommodate your needs. Eight oak chairs are provided, along with a baby high chair. This area also offers access to a balcony with stunning mountain views, perfect for enjoying breakfast in a serene setting.
