Welcome to your holiday home in the heart of the beautiful Regional Park of Luberon. This large traditional Provencal-style house is situated on a peaceful 3,200 m² plot of land. The views are breathtaking, with the southern side offering panoramic views of the Luberon mountains and the charming village of Lacoste, while the northern side overlooks the Marquis de Sade Castle and the famous Mount Ventoux, the tallest mountain in Provence, just 38 km away.

You will love the tranquility of the surroundings, as well as the amenities provided for your enjoyment. The property features a large L-shaped swimming pool (12m x 12m) with a pool house and stone barbecue, perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco. There is also a volleyball court on the property for some friendly competition. In addition, there are numerous sporting, historical, and cultural activities to explore in the area.

The house itself is divided into two spacious living areas. The first one, measuring 60 m², includes a comfortable living room with a television and fireplace, a large farmhouse dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences. The second living area, measuring 45 m², features another cozy living room with a television and a foosball table, as well as a small kitchen with a dishwasher.

A mezzanine area, complete with a television, serves as a card playing, reading, or gaming corner. There are a total of 6 bedrooms with a total of 13 beds (3 double beds and 7 single beds). A crib with bars is also available for families with a baby. Each living area also has a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The house is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with both a shower and bathtub. There is also a shower in one of the bedrooms on the first floor, as well as two separate toilets.

During the cooler seasons, wood for the fireplace is provided. Regardless of the season, the end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental. Linen can also be provided upon request. Additionally, a "baby kit" consisting of a high chair, playpen, and double stroller can be made available upon request.
