Since 1999, our house has been offering comfortable accommodation with 5 bedrooms suitable for 2, 3, or 4 people, each equipped with a private bathroom. These bedrooms can be found on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house.Experience the tranquility and charm of our village as you stay with us. We provide a kitchenette where you can store your drinks, prepare tea, or pack a picnic. Additionally, we have a cozy reading lounge and a variety of games for your entertainment. Our garden is the perfect place for relaxation and offers various activities for children.
Conveniently located at the entrance of the Parc Regional Bauges, our house serves as a great base for exploring the area. The Annecy Albertville bike path is just 500m away, and we are only 2km from the air landing site for paragliders. The town of Annecy is a short 20km drive from here.
In the surrounding area, you will find stunning mountains such as Semnoz, Aravis, and Beaufortin. These mountains offer countless hiking opportunities, and during the winter season, there are options for downhill and cross-country skiing as well.

Directions
To reach Albertville from Annecy, follow the N1508 road for approximately 20 km. Upon reaching the roundabout, proceed towards Doussard for 500m in the direction of Albertville. Next, take the first left towards Sollier and continue for another 500m. Finally, turn right onto the coal path.
